Miller ORDINANCE NO. 10309 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 6200 BLOCK OF AIRPARK DRIVE, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF AIRPARK DRIVE NORTHEAST OF VANCE ROAD, FROM C-2 CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL ZONE TO C-1 HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS. _______________________ SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 6200 block of Airpark Drive, being on the northeast line of Airpark Drive northeast of Vance Road. An unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 3746, page 195, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the northeast line of the cul-de-sac at the end of Airpark Drive some 1101.75 feet northeast, then northwest, of the intersection of the southeast line of Airpark Drive with the northeast line of Vance Road, thence northwest some 58 feet with said cul-de-sac, thence northwest some 230 feet, thence northeast some 305 feet, thence southeast some 235 feet to the southwest line of Highway 153, thence southeast some 240 feet with Highway 153, thence southwest some 350 feet, thence southeast some 110 feet to the northeast line of said cul-de-sac, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 148J-A-3 (part). from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Maintaining a natural sight-obscuring screen on all abutting residential zones; 2. No billboards; 3. No access to Fisk Avenue; and 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
